The person receiving the service has to consent and accept our service. Most people in need may be embarrassed to admit they need help. Please consult the person you are submitting for help and confirm they are open to the idea before submitting their information.

All work performed or requested is dependent on the amount of funds available in the donation pot. Cat 5 Plumbing Services LLC will match any donation amount with goods and/or labor cost received towards any specific project.

Only one service donation per person will apply unless prior approval was accepted by Cat 5 Plumbing Services LLC.

To qualify for free service, the receiving person must own or have rights to the property to be improved. They must provide documentation or proof of income or lack thereof. Remodels and complete bathroom or kitchen overhauls are excluded from this offer.

The person receiving the service can not transfer or sell the provided service or material to another person or business.

All donated labor or material services are subject to final approval by an approving team member and Cat 5 Plumbing Services LLC reserves the right to decline services to any person or property they deem not to qualify for this offer.

Although Cat 5 Plumbing Services LLC does not care about publicity, completed free or donated project details, including pictures and testimonials, may be used or posted on various platforms to include our website and social media accounts to assist us with raising money to help as many people as possible.
