By scheduling an appointment for service by phone or online, you consent to allowing Cat 5 Plumbing Services Team Members access to your property and further implying your are the owner/renter/or otherwise authorized person who can make decisions and approve work needed. You also understand payments are due when services are rendered by any one of the many payment options we offer. No credit or billing is implied or otherwise granted without prior approval from the owner of this company. At this time, credit accounts are only offered to legal business’ with up to a net 30 billing cycle, with approved credit. Cat 5 Plumbing reserves the right to refuse anyone credit for any reason they deem necessary.

All work performed by Team Members employed with Cat 5 Plumbing Services shall carry a standard six (6) month workmanship warranty. All material provided by Cat 5 Plumbing Services during the course of the repair shall be covered by the same time. The manufactures warranties vary across products and may still be covered after the six month period. If a product proves to be defective after the six month period has expired, but is still covered by a manufactures warranty, Cat 5 Plumbing Services shall replace the defective part, but you will be responsible for any labor charges outside the warranty period. No product shall be warrantied, labor or material, if found to be defective or destroyed due to misuse against manufactures recommendations or gross negligence. No material warranty shall be provided on any product or material supplied by the customer for installation by a team member of Cat 5 Plumbing Services LLC.

Cleared / Cleaned drain line shall be warrantied for a period of six (6) months after service date. This warranty will not include any damaged pipe, back-falling pipe, or root intrusion as these issued require repair. If evidence of gross negligence, intentional or accidental damage , or using a product outside the manufactures recommendations, you the owner shall be responsible for any labor and material cost to replace the product.
