Q: How does you invoicing / billing work?

A: All invoices are due upon receipt for most residential customers. We offer a wide range of payment options to assist you with completing the transaction.

Business credit applications are available upon request.

Q: What are your normal working hours?

A: We are open 24/7 365 days a year to assist with any problem at any time it arises. Our normal operating hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Our after hours service is operational during all other times.

Calls for service during after hours will be charged an additional $60.00 per hr service fee.

Q: What is your after hours response time?

A: Depending on your location, A team member will usually be to your location within the hour. Sometimes unforeseen circumstances may require additional time. A team member will keep you up to date on an accurate time.

Q: Can I have a faucet repaired on a Saturday?

A: Yes! you sure can. Depending on the leak, it may be a little cheaper to hold off until normal business hours to get that faucet fixed. Save those weekend calls for the pesky plumbing problems that have to be delt with immediately.

Q: Do you have a warranty / Guarantee?

A: Yes! we certainly do. We offer a standard six month workmanship warranty on every single item we provide and install. You also have any manufactures warranties that we would honor and take care of for you.
